Each individual will receive a Tenancy Application Score. This is calculated using data held on the individual's credit file and voters roll. All applicants start with the same acceptable score. Points are added or deducted according to the information found on the individual's file. This score cannot be changed by the referencing analysts. It has been devised with the letting industry in mind and previous credit scores for other purposes may have no bearing on the Tenancy Application Score.
