The agent must:
- Specify the total rent for the property and each applicant's share
- Confirm it is a shared property by ticking the box under property details
- State how many sharers are in the property.
Single individuals sharing a single property must all be named on the Tenancy
Agreement and must all be assessed individually.
All shares of the rental must add up to the total rent.
