three full working days from our acknowledgement of receiving all
the information in a legible format
- Xpress has a 4 working hour response time by fax on an instant
report if requested online
- Extra has a response time of within three full working days from
our acknowledgement of receiving all the information in a legible
format
- Advantage has a response time of within three full working days
from our acknowledgement of receiving the information in a legible
format
- International Extra has a response time of within three full working days
from our acknowledgement of receiving all the information in a legible
format
- International Advantage has a response time of within three full working days
from our acknowledgement of receiving all the information in a legible
format
We endeavour to complete Enhance, Extra and Advantage reports
within 24 hours; this timescale is subject to referees responding immediately
and every effort is made to facilitate this. In the majority of cases we meet
these standards. However, if responses have been delayed we will send an initial
Interim Report after the applicant has been credit checked and every night thereafter
until completion, advising of what information we have received and what positive
action we are taking etc. (No interim reports will be sent for Insight
or for Xpress reports)

These response times are based on the provision that you have supplied us with ALL
of the information asked for on the application form in a CLEAR and LEGIBLE format.
