Housing Benefit applicants can be assessed but will require a guarantor to
support them.
- The Unemployed / Housing Benefit & Guarantor application form should be used
- We will also require a Pre-Tenancy Determination (PTD) that specifies a figure of
at least 85% of the proposed rental figure. If your local authority does not provide
PTD's then please refer to us for advice
- Applicants will be assessed as students (above).
