- If an applicant has declared one small (under £300) CCJ/CD incurred within the
last 3 years then, subject to other information being satisfactory, we may be able
to pass him or her
- If the judgment is for more than £300 or there is more than one judgment, we will
request a guarantor or we may decline the applicant
- If we discover an undisclosed CCJ/CD the applicant will be declined. (There may
be scope for an appeal where the judgment has been satisfied – a certificate of
satisfaction will be required.)
- If an individual had been declared bankrupt or has an IVA and has declared it,
he/she will always require a guarantor
- If an individual has not declared a bankruptcy/IVA the applicant will be declined.
