Company lets
- For company reference applications you must use the application form marked
'Company'
- We will reference a company where the proposed rental property is to be used
solely for residential use by the company
- We do not reference in connection with commercial-use properties e.g. shops,
factories etc
- All companies must be limited and registered at Companies House with annual
returns and accounts up to date
- New companies with no filed accounts will require a Director's Guarantee.
Please submit an individual guarantors application when requested by us.
- Non limited companies, partnerships and sole traders will be treated as individual
applicants. The individual's application form should be used with full details of the
individual who will be occupying the property.
Company assessments cannot be carried out online.
